1st Bayswater Sea Scouts - Be Prepared!

Welcome,

1st Bayswater Sea Scout Group is located in the suburb of Bayswater in Perth, Western Australia. 1st Bayswater are part of Scouting Australia, the country’s biggest youth organisation. Through a program of adventurous water-based activities we help children and young people achieve their full potential and prepare them for the challenges ahead.

The Group has members in Joey, Cub, Scout and Venturer sections. As a Sea Scout group our activities for the Scouts and Venturers are focused on the water principally sailing, rowing and canoeing. However, as a Scout group we also do all the usual Scout activities like camping, hiking, pioneering and most importantly having fun.

You can see the activities planned for this term on the program under 'Term Program'. To find out what we have been up to lately check out our News page.

The different sections meet at the following times during school terms:

  • Joeys – each Thursday 1700 – 1830 (5pm – 6.30pm)
  • Cubs – each Thursday 1830 – 2030 (6.30pm – 8.30pm)
  • Scouts – each Wednesday 1900 – 2100 (7pm – 9pm)

All sections run regular events, camps and sailing days at the weekends and during the holidays.
